What time should I have my can out? 

You should have the can out no later than 6am. We do suggest putting cans out the night before.

 

How can I pay my bill?

We send invoices through email and text message with a link to make payment online.

You can set up an autopay service, mail a check or call us and we can take your credit/debit card over the phone.

 

How can I find out what Holidays you are closed? 

With holidays we do post on our Facebook page and out phone line if we are closed.

Holidays we are always closed on (New year's, Memorial Day, July fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Some small holidays we are closed as well depending on the transfer station. 

 

How big are the cans? 

The cans are the standard 95 Gallons. 

 

What do you use for the special hauls? 

We use a long bed pickup truck. Our team is super-efficient and does try to get everything in that one pickup load.
